Everything you own and owe, in one number that is actually right
Property, portfolios, pensions, mortgages, income and recurring costs, tracked together — so the total updates when one part of your life changes.

Level 30 brings your property, investments, pensions, loans, income and spending into one clear picture — then helps you make decisions with it.
No email needed to look around — you decide what to tell us, and when.
Your money is spread across a bank, a broker, a pension provider, a mortgage and a spreadsheet you last opened in March. Each one shows you a fragment. None of them can tell you what it adds up to — or what it means for the decision in front of you.
Property, portfolios, pensions, mortgages, income and recurring costs, tracked together — so the total updates when one part of your life changes.
Real estate, tax, pension and estate planning — each one answering from your actual figures rather than a generic rule of thumb.
Retire at 60. Sell the flat. Overpay the mortgage. Take the lower salary. See what each one does to the next twenty years before you commit to it.
Export the whole position as a clean PDF for your partner, your accountant or the bank — without rebuilding it in a spreadsheet first.
Not “what is a good savings rate”. The specific, awkward, personal one you have been turning over for six months.
Split it. Overpaying is the better risk-adjusted move for part of this — but not for all of it.
Type it in, or forward a statement to your Level 30 address and it reads the figures out for you. Start with the two or three things that matter most — you can fill in the rest later.
Net worth, what it is made of, where you are concentrated, what the next twelve months of cash flow look like. The first honest total most people have seen in years.
Plain language in, structured reasoning out — grounded in your figures, with the assumptions on the table so you can push back on them.
No name, no ID, no bank logins. And the part of Level 30 that holds your email is a separate system from the part that holds your money — so neither one has the full story, even from the inside.
Knows how to let you in. Has no connection to a single figure in your portfolio.
Knows what you own. Has never been told whose it is.
Level 30 is pre-launch. There is no user count to quote and no testimonial to show you, so here is the honest version instead.
Try the sample portfolio and judge it yourself. If it is not useful yet, tell us why — at this stage that is worth considerably more to us than a sign-up.
No. There is nothing to authorise and no credentials to hand over. You enter what you own, or forward a statement and Level 30 reads the figures out of it. We never hold access to an account.
No. Level 30 is decision support: it shows you what your own numbers imply, with every assumption visible so you can argue with it. For a regulated recommendation, talk to an adviser — ideally with the report already in your hand.
No. No ads, no data brokers, no third-party analytics anywhere near your figures. The architecture does not even allow the interesting version of that — the system holding your finances does not know who you are.
On the sign-in side: an email address and a hashed password. On the app side: the figures you enter, attached to a random token. Nothing joins the two except you, logged in.
Every email we send carries a deletion link, and your account page has the same one. It erases both sides — identity and financial data. There is no undo, and no quiet backup copy we forgot to mention.
Two minutes with a fully populated sample portfolio. No email, no bank logins, nothing to cancel afterwards.
